On Sunday, the Oscar-winning entertainer posted a photograph on Instagram highlighting 17-year-old Zahara, who was brought into the world in Ethiopia, with other new understudies at Spelman College, while uncovering her little girl will go to the generally Black school this year.
“Zahara with her Spelman sisters!” she subtitled the photograph that highlighted Zahara encompassed by future cohorts. “Congrats to all new understudies beginning this year. An exceptionally extraordinary spot and a distinction to have a relative as another Spelman young lady.”
